Which alert types are available?
11 detectors in total. The Free plan watches your overall visibility and new competitors. Starter and above unlocks the 6 query-level detectors (lost/won citations on a specific model, competitor overtakes, tone shifts, sources that ignore you) plus the recap email. Each detector is configured independently: on/off, sensitivity, channels.
How quickly are alerts sent?
Detection runs right after each analysis, while the data is still fresh. A recap email bundles new alerts from the Starter plan up; the weekly digest, separately, goes out every Sunday at 8am UTC regardless of alerts.
Can I configure alerts per brand?
Yes. Each brand has its own settings in Settings > Notifications — on/off, sensitivity, and channel (in-app, email, webhook) per detector — so you control exactly what you receive for each brand you track.
