How does AI visibility tracking work?

What is a credit?

Accepted Answer

1 credit = 1 prompt sent to 1 standard model, up to 3 times. Several runs, because two calls to the same model do not return the same answer — an average is more reliable than a single reading. In practice, 10 active prompts on 1 standard model cost 10 credits per campaign. Pricier models cost 2, 3 or 5 credits per prompt.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. All plans are commitment-free (monthly or annual). Cancel from your settings, no questions asked. Your data remains accessible until the end of the billing period.

Is there a free trial?

Accepted Answer

Yes: 14 days on the Starter plan, with no credit card. When the trial ends your account stays accessible and your past analyses stay readable — only new analyses stop until you pick a plan.

Which AI models do you support?

Accepted Answer

Mentova gives access to nearly every AI model on the market: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Mistral, Llama, Perplexity, DeepSeek, Grok and more. Each plan includes a number of model slots, and you freely choose which ones to activate.

What if I want more credits, but not more brands?

Accepted Answer

No problem: what a higher plan brings first is volume — research credits, agent credits, tracked prompts. Its included brands don't commit you to anything: you can take Pro+ or Agency and track a single brand. And the other way round, if all you're missing is one brand, there's no need to change plans: add it on its own, on any paid plan.

What are Agent credits, and how are they different from campaign credits?

Agent credits are a separate monthly pool that powers the Mentova assistant and content generation — distinct from the credits above, which meter campaign/prompt runs. Agent-credit costs are weighted: a chat message costs 1, a chat message with web search 2, generating a piece of content 5, and a PDF 1. Every plan includes a monthly Agent-credit allowance: Free 0 (post-trial state), Starter 75, Pro 250, Pro+ 1000, Agency 2500. Running out of one pool never affects the other.

My plan includes 10 brands but I only want 4 — is that OK?

Of course. The brands included in a plan are neither an obligation nor a ceiling: you don't have to use them all, and if you need more, you add them one at a time, on any paid plan. Your credits and your prompt pool are shared at the account level: you distribute them freely across your brands — for example 50 + 100 + 150 prompts across 3 brands. There are no fixed per-brand envelopes.
