The two units: credits and slots

Mentova uses two related units to meter campaign cost:

  • Credits - the currency your plan allocates each month. Credits are consumed when you run a campaign.
  • Slots - the cost multiplier of each AI model. A model with 1 slot costs 1 credit per prompt; a model with 3 slots costs 3 credits per prompt.

Campaign cost formula

Campaign cost = number of prompts × slot cost per model (summed across all selected models)

Example: a campaign with 10 prompts running on GPT-4o (3 slots) and GPT-4o Mini (1 slot) costs 10 × (3 + 1) = 40 credits.

Max-slots cap per plan

Each plan has a maximum number of slots you can select per campaign. This sets the ceiling for how many premium or ultra models you can combine:

A cap of 3 means you can pick one premium model (3 slots) or up to three standard models (3 × 1 slot), but not two premium models at once.

Important: Monthly credits reset every 30 days on every plan, FREE included (lazy reset triggered on the next campaign launch after 30 days have elapsed).

Bonus credit packs

You can purchase additional credits at any time from any paid plan. Bonus credits never expire, are shared across all your brands, and are consumed only after your monthly allocation is exhausted.

Common pitfall

Adding more models to a campaign multiplies cost proportionally. Before launching a campaign across many premium models, preview the estimated credit cost shown in the campaign launch modal. Running a quick test campaign with only standard models first is a good way to validate your prompts before committing premium-model credits.
