Plans overview
Mentova has five plan tiers. Each tier unlocks more brands, credits, models, and features.

FREE plan: credits reset every 30 days, like every paid plan.
What are credits?
A credit is the unit of quota consumed when a campaign runs a prompt against a model.
A campaign's cost is: (number of prompts) × (slot cost of each selected model).
Each model has a fixed slot cost:
- Standard models (most open-source models, free-tier models): 1 slot per prompt run.
- Premium models (GPT-4o, Claude Sonnet, Gemini Pro, and similar): 3 slots per prompt run.
- Ultra models (Claude Opus and equivalent frontier models): 5 slots per prompt run.
Max slots - what it means
The max slots column in the table above caps how many total model slots you can select when configuring a campaign - it is not the per-model slot cost. For example, on a FREE or STARTER plan (max 3 slots) you could select up to 3 standard models (3 × 1 slot = 3) or 1 premium model (1 × 3 slots = 3). On PRO and above (max 5 slots) you can combine models more freely.
Example
You have 10 prompts on a topic. You select 2 standard models and 1 premium model (total: 2 + 3 = 5 slots - requires PRO or above).
- 10 prompts × 2 standard models × 1 slot = 20 credits
- 10 prompts × 1 premium model × 3 slots = 30 credits
- Total: 50 credits
Monthly reset
Credits reset at the start of each 30-day billing period (lazy reset - the reset happens on your first action after the period ends).
Your FREE plan credits reset every 30 days.
Bonus credits
You can purchase additional credits at any time via Settings → Billing → Buy credits. Credit packs are one-time purchases (not a subscription):
- 10 credits - €9
- 50 credits - €39
- 100 credits - €69
- 250 credits - €159
Bonus credits never reset, are shared across all your brands, and are consumed after your monthly credits.
The credits meter
The credits meter in the sidebar shows how many credits you have remaining. When you reach 0, campaigns will not launch until you upgrade your plan or purchase a credit pack.
Plan features beyond credits
Beyond credit volume, higher plans unlock:
- PRO and above: CSV + PDF export, email alerts, scheduled campaigns, content engine, team roles (VIEWER / EDITOR / ADMIN / OWNER).
- PRO_PLUS and above: multi-brand comparison, sidebar reordering, custom avatars, shared dashboard links.
- AGENCY: white-label, API access, up to 10 brands.
