Mentova lets you export your brand visibility data in two formats: CSV for spreadsheet analysis and PDF for polished reports (paused for now). Both export types are available on PRO and above.

What is exported

CSV export

The CSV file contains structured, tabular data suitable for Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools. It includes:

  • Visibility metrics per campaign (mention rate, share of voice)
  • Per-model breakdown across all selected AI assistants
  • Prompt-level results (prompt text, model, response excerpt, brands detected)
  • Competitor mention rates over time

PDF export

Paused. PDF export is temporarily unavailable while we make it more reliable. CSV export works as usual.

The PDF generates a formatted report with:

  • Brand summary and KPI snapshot
  • Share-of-voice charts
  • Competitor leaderboard
  • Key trends over the selected time range
  • Results by model and by question type

The PDF contains what the dashboard shows, and only that: prompts, sources, opportunities and alerts each have their own screen and are not included. It is suitable for sharing with stakeholders or including in client deliverables.

How to export

  1. Open the brand dashboard you want to export.
  2. Locate the Export button in the top-right area of the main dashboard page.
  3. Click the dropdown arrow next to the button to choose the format: CSV or PDF (paused for now). The PDF is only offered from the main dashboard page.
  4. For the PDF, a dialog asks for the period to cover: 7, 30 or 90 days, or the full history.
  5. The CSV downloads immediately. The PDF is laid out on our servers, charts included, which takes a few seconds.

The CSV does not follow the filters shown on screen: it covers the brand's data. The PDF's period is the one you pick in step 4, not the one displayed on the dashboard.

Tip: Run a fresh campaign before exporting to ensure the data reflects the latest AI model responses. Export captures a snapshot of the current state - it does not retroactively include data from after the download.

Plan requirements

Both CSV and PDF (paused for now) exports require a PRO plan or above. If you are on FREE or STARTER, the export button is visible but locked. Click it to see the upgrade prompt.
