White-label lets agencies present AI visibility data under their own brand. Instead of "Powered by Mentova", your clients see your agency name, logo, and primary color throughout the product. White-label is available on the AGENCY plan only and must be activated by the Mentova support team before it becomes available in your account.
What can be customized
| Element | What it controls |
|---|---|
| Agency name | Displayed in shared links, email footers, and report headers instead of "Mentova" |
| Logo | Your logo appears on shared dashboard pages and email alerts sent to your clients |
| Primary color | Accent color used in shared pages and PDF reports |
Once configured, white-label branding applies automatically to:
- All shared read-only dashboard links (
/s/[token]) - Email alert notifications sent to brand stakeholders
- Exported PDF reports
Prerequisites
- Your account must be on the AGENCY plan.
- White-label must be enabled by support - contact hello@insideweb.be or use the in-app chat to request activation. Support sets
whiteLabelEnabled = trueon your account.
Without both conditions met, the White Label tab in Settings is visible but locked.
Configuring white-label

- Click the Settings icon in the sidebar to open the Settings overlay.
- Go to the White Label tab.
- Fill in the Agency name field.

- To upload a logo:
- Click Upload logo.
- Select a PNG or SVG file from your computer. The image is stored securely and a preview appears immediately.
- The upload requires OWNER or ADMIN role.
