Mentova can launch campaigns on a recurring schedule so your visibility data stays current without manual effort. The Automation page (sidebar) puts the schedule config, a live cost estimate, and Mentova's advice on one screen.

Scheduled campaigns

Instead of launching campaigns by hand, turn on automation and choose a frequency. Mentova's cron job runs every day at 6:00 UTC and automatically launches a campaign for any brand whose scheduled interval has elapsed.

Available frequencies

FrequencyWhen a campaign runsPlan
Weekly (Monday)Once per weekAll plans
BiweeklyEvery two weeksAll plans
Monthly (1st)Once per monthAll plans

Turning on scheduled campaigns

  1. Open the brand you want to automate.
  2. Click Automation in the sidebar.
  3. Toggle the campaign card on.
  4. Set the prompt count per run, pick a frequency, and optionally turn on a model override for scheduled runs (different from the models you last ran manually).
  5. Changes save automatically — no separate "save" step.

Scheduled campaigns use the prompt count and model selection configured on this page (your regular model selection if no override is set). Credits are deducted at the time each campaign runs. If your credit balance is insufficient, the scheduled run is skipped and no credits are consumed.

Cost estimate

The status strip at the top of the page shows, live: whether automation is on and at what frequency, the estimated credits/month it will cost at that frequency (prompt count × slot cost × runs per month), and your remaining credits. If the estimate would exceed what you have left, the strip flags it in amber and offers an upgrade shortcut.

Ask Mentova

The right column embeds Mentova in an advice-only mode built for this page: it knows your current schedule, your plan's limits, and your live credit balance, and helps you pick a frequency, model classes, and prompt count that actually fit your plan and budget. It can't change your settings for you — you still make the change yourself in the campaign card on the left.

Example questions:

  • "What frequency is optimal for my plan?"
  • "Do my credits cover a full month at this frequency?"
  • "Which models are worth automating?"

Auto weekly analysis

The Auto weekly analysis toggle (autoWeeklyAnalysis on the brand) is the on/off switch for scheduled campaigns — the same toggle shown at the top of the campaign card.

Stale campaign cleanup

If a campaign gets stuck in a processing state (for example, due to a transient API error), the system automatically detects and cleans up stale jobs every 15 minutes. Any credits reserved for unfinished prompts are refunded to your balance automatically - no manual action needed.

Tip: Weekly digest emails are sent every Sunday at 8:00 UTC, independent of your campaign schedule. Enable the digest in Settings → Alerts to get a weekly summary regardless of how often campaigns run.

Source discovery (the data behind your Sources page) is not on a recurring schedule anymore — it's a manual scan you trigger from the Sources page itself. See Sources for the Analyse sources button.
