The main dashboard is the central hub for your brand's AI visibility. It shows aggregated metrics from all completed campaigns and updates automatically after each new run.
KPI cards
Four metric cards sit at the top of the dashboard:

|---|---|
| Mention rate | Percentage of prompts where your brand appeared in at least one AI response. |
| Share of voice | Your brand's share of all brand mentions across all responses (vs. every competitor). |
| Sentiment | Average sentiment score of responses that mention your brand (-1 to +1 scale). |
| Avg. ranking | Average position of your brand when it is mentioned in a list (lower = better). |
Each card shows a small trend indicator comparing the current snapshot to the one from seven days ago. A green arrow means improvement; red means decline.
Click the expand icon on any card to open a detail modal with a deeper breakdown.
Charts
Below the KPI cards, several charts visualise your data over time and across models:
Competitor share of voice
A bar or donut chart showing each brand's share of voice side by side. Use this to see at a glance whether you lead, trail, or match your competitors.
Visibility timeline
A time-series chart plotting your mention rate and share of voice across campaigns. Switch between area, line, and bar views using the chart type toggle. Toggle between absolute values and percentage with the display mode button.
Model performance
A table breaking down your mention rate per AI model (e.g. GPT-4o, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity). Helps identify which AI assistants are more likely to cite your brand.
Category radar
A radar chart showing your visibility across different prompt categories (use-case types). Useful for spotting topic areas where your coverage is weaker.
Category performance
A ranked list of prompt categories with your mention rate in each.
Editing the layout
You can reorder the dashboard sections to match your workflow:
- Click Edit layout (top-right area of the dashboard).
- Drag any section to a new position.
- Click Done to save the order. The layout persists per user account.
Other controls
- Export - Download a CSV or PDF report (PRO and above) via the export menu.
- Notifications bell - Opens the alerts panel for this brand.
- Launch campaign - Always visible in the top-right; see Launch a campaign.
Tip: If the dashboard shows an empty state, you need to run at least one campaign first. Click Launch campaign to get started.
